Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $8,029,734.03 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $2,951,275.02 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at November 30, 2021.
